Is there a free trial available?

Yes! We offer a trial for WhastsApp platforms. This gives you full access to test all features before purchasing the token.

What happens if I exceed my contact limit?

For China Platform, you'll receive a notification when approaching your limit. You can upgrade to a higher tier or purchase additional contact capacity. For WhatsApp, there are no contact limits.
