Broadcast Report

The broadcast report is shown in the campaign broadcast list. The number of message sent, receive, fail, etc are shown in the counter at the top of the page.

Each recipient message will have a status on whether the message is read, delivered or failed. You can also view every transaction of the WhatsApp message from the recipient.

When you load the campaign summary page, [Campaign > Dashboard], the open rate and CTR are being tabulated.
